League Suspensions Week 5

It is our unfortunate duty to report 2 suspensions due to events in game #20 on Monday March 20, 2023 between Goldilocks and Orange.

Malik Winfield was assessed a misconduct for "Leaving the bench during an altercation", A misconduct for "Abuse of Officials" (Language), and a misconduct for "Abuse of Officials" (Failure to comply). As a result of the play Malik has been suspended 2 games and will be eligible to return on Monday April 3 vs. Hoses.

Evan Hancock was assessed a misconduct for "Leaving the bench during an altercation". As a result of the play Evan has been suspended 1 game and will be eligible to return on Sunday April 2 vs. Wristy Business. 

As a reminder for all players it is never acceptable to leave the bench during an altercation. Additionally Per League Rule 17.0 Abuse of Officials penalties carry with them an automatic 1 game suspension.

Per League Rule 18.0 Both players will have the opportunity to appeal their suspension within 3 days if they desire.
